Replace eslint/prettier with oxlint/oxfmt, add @verekia/warden 0.0.3 with the canonical scripts (format, format:check, lint, lint:fix, typecheck, warden, all), wrap next dev with portless, enable reactCompiler, add .oxfmtrc.json/.oxlintrc.json and the CI workflow.
